Group Programs

At Peach Psychology, groups are a fantastic way to engage in a safe space where there is connection, safety and learning.

See below for the current groups running in 2026.

DBT Groups

DBT stands for Dialectical Behavior Therapy, a structured form of psychotherapy designed to help people manage intense emotions and improve coping skills.

During the 12-week program, you will gain an understanding of emotions and also learn how to build practical skills to manage them and enhance relationships. There are currently 3 streams: Adolescent DBT (13-17yrs), Adult DBT and a NDIS specific stream. This is dependent on capacity.

Mental Health Connect and Games for teens

This is a mental health group aimed at adolescents (13-17yrs) to provide a safe space to debrief, connect and learn emotion regulation skills. We will tackle issues such as bullying, self-esteem, academic stress and feelings of anxiety or depression in a fun and reflective manner.
